Due to necessary emergency repairs being carried out next week (2 & 3 November) at the nearby Wilby Way roundabout in Wellingborough, we've changed our previously advertised road closure plans for Chowns Mill junction to reduce disruption to drivers.

National Highways wishes to advise drivers of their road closure programme for the A45 Chowns Mill Improvement scheme.

The closures are necessary to safely carry out carriageway resurfacing and topsoil clearance/reinstatement and seeding.

Irthlingborough is to hold a 5K Fun Run on Sunday 10th October at 9am starting at the Recreation Ground and running through the Town partly along the Green Way and back into Town.

it is open to anyone over 16 and you can walk if you don't feel like running.
