Mayor's Charity cheque presentation to Northamptonshire Association for the Blind

The outgoing Mayor, Councillor Allan Short presented a cheque for £1005 to Alex Lohman, CEO of the Northamptonshire Association for the Blind prior to the Annual Town Assembly held at the College Street Day Centre on 8th May 2018.

The monies raised for the charity were a result of "The Mayor's Charity Bingo Nights" which had been held throughout the year at the Community Centre.

The Queen's 90th Birthday - Crow Hill Beacon Lighting Ceremony

Thank you to all the people that attended the Queen's 90th Birthday Celebrations held at the Crow Hill Recreation Ground. It was lovely to see so many people in the crowd, especially the children who joined in by holding the Union Jack and taking part in the 21 Gun Salute.
