5K Town Fun Run
Irthlingborough is to hold a 5K Fun Run on Sunday 8th May at 9am starting at the Recreation Ground and running through the Town partly along the Green Way and back into Town.
it is open to anyone over 16 and you can walk if you don't feel like running.
Money raised from race entries will support Irthlingborough Youth Club.

We have been advised by a resident that Anglian Water have closed the Addington Road from the A6 to Alexandra Road until 1st April 2022.
Access to Crow Hill is via Great Addington.

Queens Canopy Planting
On Saturday morning members of the council, girl guides and volunteers from the town planted oak trees on the Crow Hill Recreation Ground as part of the Queens Canopy Planting.

Social Care Day of Remembrance and Reflection
The Deputy Mayor Cllr John Farrar and his consort yesterday attended Age UK in Irthlingborough to commemorate a Social Care Day of Care and Reflection.
The Deputy Mayor made a short speech and met with staff and talked to some of the people who have used their Extra Help at the End of Life Service.

We have received notification from Highways that Part of the High Street will be closed between 21-23rd march to allow Anglian Water to complete a new water connection.
