Pest control in St Peters Churchyard

Due to the increased drought and increase in numbers of rat sightings in the churchyard pest control measures will be carried out from today so please be aware when walking around the churchyard.

The site backs onto open wild areas where rats will travel from. The town to the front provides attractive feeding sites and currently a source of water which is scarce due to the low rainfall.

Platinum Jubilee Coins For Sale

Irthlingborough Town Council purchased commemorative Platinum Jubilee Coins which were presented to all the school and nursery children in the town.

There are some remaining if anyone would like to purchase one for £2.00.

They will be for sale from the council offices Monday to Friday 9am until 1pm for cash only.

Also at the 2nd July Market on Parsons Green
