Work progresses on new affordable homes in Irthlingborough

A new affordable home development, the largest in the former East Northants area, is currently being built in partnership with emh group, with the first phase due to be completed in early 2023.

'Nene Fields' is a mixed tenure scheme on the Wellingborough Road in Irthlingborough consisting of 84 homes.

Church Car Park Closed from 7th January 2023

Church Car Park Closed from 7th January 2023

The council are required to carry out an Archaeological Survey prior to the commencement of any drainage/tarmacking works to this area of the car park.

This work is due to start on 7th January 2023 so the car park will be closed for 6-8 weeks.
